We haven't changed a bit!

I have many fond childhood memories of time spent with my cousin Dede. 

Last weekend it was fun to spend some time with her again!

Here are some of the fun things we did:
Out to dinner for great Mexican food.
Bike riding with Dede and Fred   (I won't even mention all the hills near their house.)
Trip to a Book Fair.
Out to lunch at Panera Bread.
Decorating her Christmas Tree.
Making Lasagna.
Birthday party for her daughter.
Great conversations and laughing about the silly things we did as girls growing up!
As you can see, we haven't changed a bit.  : )

Walking through fall

Although my favorite season is summer, I have to admit this is the nicest fall weather I can remember here.   It's so nice to walk through the fall colors of bright orange and yellows in November - without a coat.  This won't last much longer.

Why is walking on leaves so fun?  Is it the crunch?

Still Summertime in AZ

It's still summertime in October.

Nine days old!

In Tucson, here's baby B - only 9 days old.

 He's so tiny and cute.  Not sure who he looks like yet.   Any guesses?
 He slept most of the time we were visiting yesterday.
What a good baby!

This is not a scream - this is just a big yawn!  
Looking forward to seeing more of him this week
and all the fun times ahead!
